REFUND & RETURN POLICY – AKALUXX

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories included.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Perishable or consumable health products (once opened)
- Items marked as final sale

4. REFUND PROCESS

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

6. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
